RTH manager/Buddy will call/text Kyle/building maintenance as soon as he is aware of the outage.
Also, he will call/text Travis, Regina and Doug.
We will give AEP time to get info to their office as to the extent of all outages in our area.
A decision as to when employees will leave due to no power will be determined at or around 10:30am.
Each manager needs a plan for a skeleton crew if we do need to let people go home if the power is going to be out longer than 11:00AM.

| One extension cord needs to be ran from shippings outlets to RTH to supply power to the two cutter stations, two packing stations and to the main RTH office. |

| Stage the portable generator at the Template/employee entry door. |
| Run extension cord from the portable generator to the battery back ups for the servers. |

| Brian Orr (Tulsa) Would be needed to run shipping and needed to make a call as to how many of his people are needed. |
| Larry Penner (Wagoner) Not sure what he could do unless Kyle is out and he needs to meet with repairmen etc. |
| Dusty Reedy (Owasso) Not needed. |
| Buddy Rettke (Jenks) Needed to run RTH and make a decision on his people |
| Tom Turman (Mannford) Could be used to help with phones etc. and back up. |
| Marchia Ward (Sand Springs) Could be a back up for phones. |
